Exchange & Refund Policy

When you approach us for a return, believe us we will be more than happy to help you. Because it’s a great opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency, isn’t it? We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services. When you don’t like something, we encourage you to return it. We advise you to go ahead and ask for a refund/exchange. When we arrange returns, we may lose some money, but it’s totally ok. Because we will earn your precious trust.
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.

The return claim has to be made within 2 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged in any way, with all the tags, packaging material and the same outer box in which it was sent. The item must also be returned within a specified time period, which may vary depending on the item and the reason for the return. The return claim would be accepted after due inspection of the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. or we send the new item as per your requirement, we adjust your amount if the price of the product is not the same. Our return policy allows for a one-time exchange of a product for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different item, they may be able to do so depending on our current inventory.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least 10-12 days from the time the return is picked up and delivered to us. Normally, the courier companies take longer time for reverse pick-up deliveries. So, be patient and wait for our call/mail for your Refund. Don’t worry your money is in safe hands.
For COD payments, we will require your bank account number or UPI IDs and a telephonic verification to issue a refund. It may take up to 7 business days.
Once a Product is Exchanged, Re-Exchange is Not Allowed. And No Refund can be processed on Exchanged Products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Discounted sale items are not returnable.

We'll schedule a time with you and instruct how to return or exchange. our shipping partner to pick up the item if possible otherwise you have to send the item on our address. We’ll instruct you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
